Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Customers can cancel their order anytime before the item is dispatched. Once the order is canceled, a "Refund" button will appear on your order page. By clicking this button, you will be shown a modal containing the contact number for our customer service team. You can directly call our team to process your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation and confirm the refund request. Please note that you may receive an email notification confirming the refund process, which could take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

Refunds are not processed through the website. Customers must contact our team directly to initiate the refund.

Note: Return and Refunds are processed after deducting applicable transaction fees charged by Razorpay. A 2% transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

2. Order Confirmation and Delivery

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. After the product is delivered, customers can initiate a return if the item meets the return conditions (unused, in original packaging, etc.). To return the product, click the "Return" button on your order page. A modal will display the contact number of our customer service team. You can call our team directly to arrange the return and collect your refund.

3. Important Notes

- Refunds and returns are handled exclusively through direct communication with our team.
- Refunds will not be processed for products that have been used, damaged, or returned without prior communication with our team.
- Ensure you contact our team at the earliest for a smooth refund or return process.
